Compared with the traditional iron wheel or cast iron wheel, aluminum wheel is portable, wear-resistant and runs smoothly. After aluminum wheel is padded, it is used as the driving wheel to run with low sound and low noise, and the machine is stable.
The characteristics of rubber polishing wheel of sand belt machine are made of high wear-resistant rubber, high wear-resistant, high temperature resistant and long service life.
It is mainly used in metal grinding and non-metal grinding industry. It has many functions, such as grinding plane, concave and convex surface, removing flash edge, burr, casting rising head, chamfering and polishing, etc.
Can do large allowance grinding, can also do fine polishing, has the advantages of fast cutting speed, high working efficiency, good cutting surface quality, not easy to block adhesion, no burn workpiece, low noise, small vibration, safe working environment and so on (compared with the ordinary grinder can improve work efficiency 6-15 times, save about two-thirds of the loss)
