1996 BERNINA 1000 Special - Sewing Machine (Tested & Works)

Description

This Bernina has had only one owner in its entire lifetime and that person happens to be my dear Aunt. She originally acquired it back in the mid 90's which was the time that she had her Sewing Shop in the comfort of her own home. In the upcoming years she created a solid client base that continued to grow as time went on. This machine also received its proper maintenance periodically. Sadly her sewing days are now officially over, she has finally retired from her number one passion in life.
This Bernina Shows some signs of wear due to its age and usage but in overall still looks good. It was serviced 3 years ago by one of her friends who used to work on these machines back in the days, he is also now retired but once in a while he helps those close to him with servicing, like for example: oiling it, replacing 1 or 2 gears etc...
Everything is working great.
