Product Description
POM/PA Plastic Bearings (Precision Plastic Bearings)
POM and PA material with good mechanical strength and wear resistance. Them syitable for the production of precision plastic bearings. The operating temperature is from -60℃-100℃, with high strength and smooth surface, basically does not appear tension,good self-lubricating properties and low coefficient of friction. On the basis of maintaining the traditional advantages of plastic bearings, they can be applied to the precision and higher speed operation. POM plastic bearings are the most widely used of all palstic bearings. General inside and outside the ball material POM or PA, the cage of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66(GRPA66-25), ball glass ball, stainless steel balls or ceramic balls. Such a bearing physiological inert and suitable for contact with food, alkaline environment, good performance but is not suitable to run in thr acid corrosion and the environment of strong oxidants.
