Brother SE600 Sewing & Embroidery Machine For Parts Not Working Red Light

For parts it is not working
I received from a storage Locker auction I purchased
I know nothing about sewing machines
it looks in nice condition but I plugged it in all i get is the red light and the picture screen with useless pictures  buttons only beep pedal does nothing
I googled it spent 2 hours videos etc  Im getting no where but threading or some thing
Sold as is for parts
i do not know if it is complete or not Id say not complete
I will pack well and fully insure
