The baseplate plus 4 reflex bolts you see are included.. look at photo for more details.  Used, see photos for actual product in its current condition. Color is green and these are super easy to adjust... my daughter’s feet just grew and these no longer fit.  these are great for women with smaller feet or youth. See photos for details... you get the bindings, the pair of base plates, and the 4 screws and washers that you see in the pic.. NO SNOWBOARD!
FYI Also selling boots in another listing, the boots are youth Burton 4 Boa, and they worked with these bindings, so even though the chart says 4 to 6 w boots, the bindings will adjust for slightly smaller boots too.. room to grow.
