This was purchased new by me from QVC. The charger appears to charge the device but the device doesn’t hold the charge. All the lights show green but as soon as I remove and try to start it, it beeps and doesn’t nothing. I believe the battery inside the cleanser needs replacing. If you or someone you know is handy, there are videos online that show how to do the replacement.
