Safety instructions:
(1) If you find that the power indicator is not on when you turn on the machine, you should stop and check it immediately.
(2) It is strictly forbidden to run without load without a rotor.
(3) Check the rotor for corrosion damage before operation.
(4) Do not open the centrifuge cover when the rotor is in operation, and do not touch the rotor in operation.
(5) It is strictly forbidden to run the rotor under unbalanced loading conditions.
Instructions for use:
*  The worktable of the 80-1 centrifuge should be flat and strong, and the workroom should be neat and clean, dry and well ventilated.
*  Turn on the power switch, and the instruction light is on.
*  Turn off the power switch.
* Open the centrifugal cover and wipe the inner cavity and the rotor clean.
* Load test tubes with consistent weighing.
*  Close the centrifuge cover.
*  Set the timing
*  Turn on the power switch
* Adjust the speed control knob to the required speed.
* Before each stop, the speed control knob must be set to the minimum position, the timer is set to zero, and then the power switch is turned off.
* Wipe the inner cavity and rotor, and close the centrifuge cover.
Maintenance:
(1) Do not place any substance on the centrifugal cover. Be sure to clean the inner cavity and rotor after each use.
(2) If the centrifuge has not been used for a long time, the centrifuge cover should be opened for a period of time before use to dry the inner cavity.
(3) The carbon brush of the motor should be replaced in time after 3000 hours of use, so as not to wear the commutator.
(4) After long-term use of the centrifuge, wear is normal
