Built-In Needle Threader
Threading the needle is a breeze with the Built-In Needle Threader! Not only is it a great time saver, but it eliminates eye strain when placing the thread into the needle. The threader pulls a thread loop through the needle’s eye. When you release the lever, just pull the loop and you’re done. You’ll wonder what you ever did without it!
Easy Stitch Selection
The stitches on the Tradition™ 2277 sewing machine are clearly displayed on the Pattern Selector Dial. For the essential (or basic) stitches, turn the dial until the stitch you want to sew lines up with the mark on the machine, then set your stitch length. To access the stretch stitches simply turn the Pattern Selector Dial to choose your stitch then set the Stitch Length Dial to the “S” setting, and you’re ready to sew
Adjustable Stitch Length & Width
When you select a stitch on this SINGER® sewing machine all you have to do is choose the stitch’s length and width, and you’re ready to sew. Select your stitch length with the Stitch Length Dial. Make your stitches shorter or longer, customized for your project. To make stitches wider or narrower, choose your width setting using the Stitch Width Dial. Easy length and width adjustments mean you’re in control so your projects have your personal touch.
