    Description

    Beautiful vintage hand carved boxwood netsuke crab with a ingot / sycee / yuanbao.  It measures about 2" across and 1-1/2" front to back.  The piece is signed _石.  I'm unclear on the first character.
    This netsuke is from an estate of a theater associate professor and costume designer that traveled extensively around the world.
